Refund and Returns Policy
I live locally, can I collect my products?
If you don’t want to pay for postage and would prefer to collect your order from IV30 5QZ, please select this option at checkout. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready to collect. Once you’ve received this, please get in touch via email with your order number to arrange a collection time.
Cancelling your order and returns policy
If your order is delayed in shipping, unfortunately I cannot offer a replacement or refund until an appropriate time period has passed. This is because Royal Mail do always get to the customer even if delayed.
If you are not happy with your order, please get in touch with pictures within 14 days of delivery and dispatch the items back within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.
If your order arrives damaged, please get in touch as soon as possible. Pictures of the damage as well as how the box arrived is required to arrange a refund or replacement.
If you would like to cancel your order, please get in touch within 24 hours of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
